Trigger Action – System Process – Mark Comparison History Viewed
When you configure Comparison History for a form and do not enable the Mark Viewed on View option, you can add a Trigger to mark Comparison History viewed after the form is submitted.
Alternatively, you can add one or more Link elements and attach the Mark Comparison History Viewed action to mark Comparison History viewed for a single field, group of fields, or all fields.

On the Trigger Actions panel, click Add New Trigger Action.

The New Trigger Action panel displays.

Select System Process, then click Next.

The Trigger Action Wizard displays. Click Next to continue.

Enter a descriptive name for the action in the Action Name

Choose Mark Comparison History Viewed from the System Action Type

If you want to stop all other trigger actions after this profile runs (i.e., if this is the last action you plan to run), select the Stop After check box.

Leave the Lookup target form & record check box

If desired, click Edit Rule and use the standard Logiforms Rule screen to select one or more fields and define the settings that determine when this action will be run.

Click Next to continue.

The Action Settings panel displays.

Use the What should be marked reviewed? menu to select whether the trigger will mark All Fields viewed or Specified Fields Only.

If you select Specified Fields Only, use the Fields menu to select the field(s) that will be marked as viewed when the trigger is run.

To select a single field, click the desired field; any previously selected fields are automatically unselected.

To select multiple fields, press and hold the <Ctrl> key and click each field you want to select; any previously selected fields are retained.

Click Finish to save the action.
Next Steps
Click Finish to return to the Trigger Profiles panel or click Add New Trigger Action to add another action to this profile.
