Managing Triggers - Actions

Remember that your trigger actions are contained within a trigger profile. To change something in your processing, you need to drop into the relevant profile, then choose the action to modify or delete.

Editing a  Trigger Action

With your form open, from the Post Processing menu choose Triggers. Or, from the  Logiforms Start Menu, choose Database Tools > Trigger Processing Actions, select your form and click OK. The Trigger Profiles window appears.

Choose one of your profiles and click "Edit Trigger Profile" then click the Actions tab. The actions for that profile appear.

Within a trigger profile, choose one of your trigger actions and click "Edit Trigger Action". The general settings for this action display.

Here you can change the general settings you originally defined.

You will also see one or more other tabs that display the details you defined for this action. In this example for a third party integration, there was only one parameter -- to choose the integration profile from a dropdown.

Make your changes, click Finish to return to the Trigger Actions screen, then click Finish again to return to the Trigger Profiles screen.

Deleting an Action

1. On the Trigger Actions screen, select the action then click "Delete Trigger Action".
2. A confirmation message appears.

4. Click Yes to delete this trigger action.
