Creating a Form - Overview
You create a new form using the New Form Wizard which guides you through each step. After providing a meaningful name for your form, on the third page of the wizard you have the option to use a template or create a blank form and add fields. In either case, after you click Finish and the form is created, you see your form in Form Designer mode.'
In Form Designer mode you can customize your form by adding or deleting fields, and editing the properties of form elements, the individual elements that make up your form. There are standard fields which are the building blocks of form creation. These include text fields, dropdown lists, and radio buttons. A special fields library contains elements with extended functionality such as a pop-up calendar. You can also choose from a selection of Common Fields which most forms need such as name and address and country drop-down lists.
Save your changes by clicking Save in the menu bar. Finally, be sure to preview and test your form to see how a user will view it.
