Access The Details of One Record
From within the Database Browser, you can access the details of a record in one of two ways: by double-clicking the row containing the record, or right-clicking the row to display a menu and choosing View Record Details.
In the summary section at the top of the Record Details window, you can see the system generated Record ID, the submission date, the date last modified, and who made the last change. You can click Show Log to see a list of any modifications made to the record.
Notice the toolbars at the very top and bottom of the screen. You can manage or use Print Templates, Data Labels, or Email Templates.

Dan Miller The instructions for inserting a new record may be out of date. With version 3, the button to submit the form is not "update." It is "Insert new record."
