Access The Details of One Record
From within the Database Browser, you can access the details of a record in one of two ways: by double-clicking the row containing the record, or right-clicking the row to display a menu and choosing View Record Details.
In the summary section at the top of the Record Details window, you can see the system generated Record ID, the submission date, the date last modified, and who made the last change. You can click Show Log to see a list of any modifications made to the record.
Notice the toolbars at the very top and bottom of the screen. You can manage or use Print Templates, Data Labels, or Email Templates.

Changing Data in a Record
With a record displayed, you can see all the visible fields. Unless they are read-only, you can make changes to the values in those fields.
Click in a field and make a change.
Click the Update button to save the changes. Click the Reset button to discard any changes.
On an Encrypted Field
If you have set the Encrypted property of any form fields to true, then that data won't be viewable in the database browser. However, you can reveal this data by clicking the Decrypt button in the Record Details window. Enter your private key at the prompt and click OK.
Inserting a New Record
To add a new record to the submission database for this form, click the Insert New Record at the top of the Record Details panel. When you're done, simply click the Update button to commit the changes; or click the Reset button to discard them.
Examine The Log
Click the Show Log link at the top of the Record Details window to view a listing of all modifications to the record.
Click the + to expand the listing and the - to collapse it.
The instructions for inserting a new record may be out of date. With version 3, the button to submit the form is not "update." It is "Insert new record."
