Generate Charts and Graphs
You can perform simple, graphical analysis of your data by using the Graphs and Reports feature. By selecting a field and setting a date range, you can analyze trends in your database submissions. Optionally, you can apply a filter to see only a portion of your data.
For example, suppose you have a radio button Age field on your form which, through validation, forces the user to make a single choice among several age groups. In the Quick Stats tool, choose Age from the field drop-down, select a date range, and you will see a chart representing the age profile of your users.

Creating a Chart
-
In the Database Browser, click Graphs and Reports.
-
Choose a field from the drop-down menu in the leftmost drop-down of the top toolbar.
-
In the adjacent field, select a date range by click a Start Date in the left calendar and an End Date in the right calendar. You can click Today for either the start or end date. Click Ok. If any relevant data results from the parameters that you have chosen, a Column Chart will appear in the center of the window..
Adding A Filter
Optionally, click the Filter menu in the upper right and add one or more filters that will exclude some data from the report. For example, if you were creating an age report, you might want to filter only on males or females -- if those fields were available in your form.
Changing the Chart Type
In the bottom toolbar, you can select from four chart types: Pie, Bar, Column (default), or Line.
Click one of the other types to redisplay your data.
