Deleting a Record from the Database

When you delete a record from the database that has a corresponding agreement pending signing, the agreement is not deleted and can still be completed by the signer. The agreement can be accessed via the Pending Documents window to view the PDF, Audit Log, cancel the agreement or send a reminder to get the agreement signed.

Deleting a Form or an Electronic Signature Profile

When a Form is deleted, if the form has a corresponding Electronic Signature Profile which has pending agreements, all of the agreements pending will be automatically cancelled. Without the Electronic Signature Profile, pending agreements can no longer be managed by logiforms and are automatically cancelled.
