Checking Usage & Viewing Pending Documents
You can view your current usage levels at any time via the Add On Subscriptions tab of the Account Management window. From here you can see how many agreements are out for signature, how many have been executed/signed this month and also get a quick snapshot of any documents that are awaiting your signature.
To view your current usage:
- From the main menu (bottom left corner) select My Account
- Click the Add-On Subscriptions Tab
- Click the Details link next to the Sender License.
Account Usage Overview
You will see an overview screen that looks like this in the Document History and Usage Window.
Click the Pending Documents Tab to see a list of all Pending Documents. From this view, you can access the PDF's Audit Log and the current PDF.
You can also perform the following actions by selecting a PDF and making a selection from the buttons in the top toolbar:
- Cancel a Pending Document
- Send a Reminder
- View the Audit Log
- View the PDF
- Sign a document waiting for your signature
Cancelled Signed and Expired Documents
Under this tab, you will find all of your documents that have been signed, expired or have been cancelled.
What does it mean when the Document is classified as WIDGET?
When looking at the Cancelled, Signed, and Expired documents grid, you may see some documents classified as "WIDGET". When using the Embedded/Widget Signing method this is the default Document status assigned to a document created and then displayed using the embedded Widget. If the signer does not sign the document, then the Document Status never changes from "WIDGET". Once the expiration is reached, the document will expire and be listed here as a cancelled/expired WIDGET.
