About Standard Fields

In addition to text fields, you can choose from a wide variety of standard field styles when you create your form.  There are radio buttons and checkboxes, dropdown lists and file uploads. You might also consider Special Fields which allow you to build more complex actions into your form or the Common Fields menu choice which contains commonly used pre-configured form elements.
