Data Access Module
The Data Access Module is the interface that Data Only sub users see when they log in. It is a non-branded interface and can you can include your own logo and text using a Sub user Theme.
Here is the basic procedure for sub user access:

Login to the Logiforms main page with the credentials that you setup in the account.

Click on the form of interest, and then click Open Database.

The main window for the Data Access Module appears.

All records in the Primary View for that sub user will appear.

Notice the toolbars at the very top and bottom of the screen.

Click the Data Display Views menu to change the data view.

To become familiar with all of the data viewing options, it is especially important to read the topic Sorting, Filtering, & Arranging Data.

There are a number of data management tools available, including Export Data, Import Data, Transfer Records, Bulk Delete, Print Templates, Email Templates, and Data Labels.

You can also click the Open new Database menu to choose a different form submission database.
Also, there are a few menu items at the very bottom of the Data Access Module:

You can Reset Filters and Reset Columns to the return to the default settings.

The refresh button will update the record listing to include the most recent data submissions.

Click the Log Out button to exit.
