Introduction to Sub User Accounts

Sub User accounts allow you to share your Logiforms account with others. When you create a sub-user account, you can restrict access for that account to data only, or allow them to access all of the form creation and configuration functions that you enjoy.

Types of Sub Users

There are two types of Sub User accounts that you can create.

Data Only Sub User

The Data Only sub user can access only the Data Access Module where they can manage form submission data. They do not get access to create forms or access any of the tools within the Form Design Desktop.  A Data Only sub user account can be integrated into your website. You can restrict the data that is shown to the sub user using Form Permissions.

Form Creator Sub User

The Form Creator sub user is granted access to log in to the logiforms Form Desktop and create new forms, edit forms, access data and essentially gain access to all the functionality of a logiforms.com account. You can restrict access to a specific project folder and configure fine grained permissions.
