Multiple-Page Forms

Multiple-page forms are especially effective if you have a large amount of data to collect from your users, or you want to branch to different form pages when users make particular selections on the first page. It's easy to configure the branching logic, add a progress indicator, and optionally permit your users to save their place in the form and return to it later.

You have two ways to create a multiple-page form:

Convert your form using the Convert to a Multi-Page Form feature under the Settings menu
OR
Create a multi-page form when using the New Form Wizard.
