Managing Which Columns are Displayed

To hide or show columns (as well as to show several system columns), click the  icon in any column head and expand the  Columns option, then use the check boxes to show or hide columns:

With each submission, Logiforms automatically records the GEO (geographic) locations as well as browser and operating system information. These columns can be displayed or hidden based on your needs.

NOTE: In the next step of this lesson, we'll look at how to create a DataView to remember these settings, so you can quickly toggle to them or use them as your default view.
 

Changing the Sort Order

Click the  icon in the column heading of the column you want to sort by and choose  Sort Ascending or  Sort Descending.

Changing the Column Order from left to Right

You can re-arrange the display order of columns from left to right simply by clicking the column header and dragging the column to a new position.
