Using DataViews – Logiforms Help Center

DataViews are another tool for arranging and controlling data presentation within the Database Browser. You can show or hide columns, restrict the data set using a filter, change column sort orders, apply grouping, and modify the default layout(s).

For example, consider a company that does order processing and has an online ordering form. They would likely want to create multiple views defined for new orders, orders in process, and completed/archived orders. Having multiple DataViews makes it easy to switch between sets of data and show the relevant records in the desired format.
