Types of System Triggers
System Triggers can be set up to run on a recurring schedule or on-demand execution. They are part of the Enterprise Trigger Management system available on our Enterprise Plus subscriptions. Form/Standard Triggers are available on all plans.
What is the difference Between Form & System Triggers?
Form Triggers are available on all accounts and are standard Triggers that run on a single record when it is inserted or updated. They can also be called directly via a workflow. System Triggers are comprised of Recurring System Triggers and onDemand Triggers. They are not associated with a single record, but instead, they run on a set of records/rows looked up via a lookup query. They are part of the Enterprise Trigger Management system available on our Enterprise Plus subscriptions.
