Central Trigger Management
The Central Trigger Management Window is a single pain view of all of your Form Triggers and System Triggers. From this view you can link directly to Form Trigger Actions on any form to begin editing, pull up logs and view current execution status for Recurring System Triggers.
Switching Between Form and System Triggers
This view defaults to System Triggers (Recurring and onDemand). You can switch between Form and System Triggers using the menu at the to of the screen:
Linking to Logs, Viewing Scheduled Actions, and Editing Triggers via the Context Menu
Right click on any Trigger to reveal the context menu. This menu contains options to view log entries for the current trigger, open the trigger for editing, view currently scheduled events (For Form Triggers this opens the Scheduled Form Action View and for Recurring System Triggers, the Recurring System Trigger Calendar View)
System Triggers
OnDemand and Recurring triggers can be viewed by changing the drop down at the top of this screen to "System Triggers". When viewing system triggers, any currently executing triggers will be indicated by a moving progress indicator under the "status" column as shown in the example below below:
Viewing System Trigger Execution Logs and Accessing the Real Time Monitor
Clicking View Execution Logs on an OnDemand or Recurring System Trigger, will open the Trigger Execution Log Window which shows one row for each time the trigger has run.
Note
If the trigger is currently running, the Real Time Execution Monitor window will open insteadFrom the Execution Log window, roll over the "QueueID" anchor to view details about each execution including which trigger actions were executed and how many times each ran. The View logs link on the far right side will link to the Log Management Screen where you can view the individual logs per record/iteration if logging was enabled when the trigger was run. Note, that the QueueID corresponds to a queued execution and is used to filter the log results.
