With Logiforms, you can generate PDF's on the fly from each new form submission, merge multiple PDF documents using conditions, populate PDF forms, and host PDF forms online. Our flexible suite of PDF tools can be used to generate invoices, receipts, legal documents, certificates and more.
In this lesson, we're going to look at generating PDF documents dynamically. The two most popular options for creating PDF's are:
- Populating an Existing PDF Form
If you've got an existing PDF form that you want to populate with the data from your web form, you can upload the PDF, map the fields, and a new PDF will be created and populated with each form submission. You can also get those PDF's signed in Adobe Sign or by using our inline signature element.
- Using the Dynamic PDF Editor
If you want to generate a name badge, certificate, invoice, receipt or any other PDF that includes text, images and the form data values, you can use our WYSIWYG editor to create the layout and add the form field values - and a PDF will be generated each time the form is submitted.
In the next two lessons we'll explore these options, and you'll learn just how easy it is to generate PDF's with Logiforms. Just click the Next button to see how.
