Audit Log Widget – Logiforms Help Center

The Audit Log Widget is used within a Tabular Data layout on a Data Page to display a button that opens a lightbox window which displays a complete change log and record history including changes made to ever field on the form, a date and timestamp and information including the logged in user name and IP address of each change. The information displayed is the same as what you can see in the Audit Log of the Record Details window.

After inserting an Audit Log Widget link, the button, when clicked, will open a lighbox with the following style layout describing changes down to the field level:
