On the Account Registration tab of the Account Management window, you can update your account information, change your password, update your billing information, or cancel your acount. Note that the Email address is the address to which all Logiforms correspondence will be sent.

Change Contact Information
Change any of the contact information and click Update.
- Click Change Password if you need to change the password on this account.
- On the window that displays, enter your new password and click OK. You are returned to the Account Registration tab.
Passwords must be at least 7 characters long and contain 1 number and 1 uppercase character.
Change Credit Card
- To change the credit card used on this account, click Update Billing Info.
- In the Credit Card Update window enter the first and last name on this card.
- For card types, you can choose from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
- Click Continue and the card is authorized.
Cancel Your Account
- If you need to cancel your Logiforms account, click Cancel Account Subscription in the upper left corner of the window.
- Enter the reason for your cancellation and click Continue & Cancel my Account.
Your account is then marked for cancellation at the end of the current subscription period.
Billing NoteSubscription billing begins on the first of every month for the upcoming month. If you cancel your account after the first of the month, you will not receive a refund for that month.
