How to Embed a Youtube video on your form

It's easy to embed a Youtube (or any online streaming service) video onto your form.  You can see an example here: http://forms.logiforms.com/formdata/user_forms/60000_6449748/361070/

Below are the steps to add video to your form:

1. In the form designer, add a new Free Text Header Element to your form.
   
2. Next, click the text property to open the Editor. 
3. Within the Rich Text Editor, click the source button to switch to source view. 
4. Use the embed instructions from your favorite streaming site to embed your video. For YouTube see https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/171780?hl=en. For example, you can embed this code:

5.  <iframe 
   width="560" 
   height="315" 
   src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/E-h-j7iA9gs?rel=0" 
   frameborder="0" 
   allow="autoplay; 
   encrypted-media" 
   allowfullscreen></iframe>

6. Click Save and your done.
