Advanced Mode

When you configure rules for some Logiforms features, such as Dependencies, you can choose to use the Advanced Mode feature of the Rule Editor.  When you switch to advanced mode you are switching to the binding syntax style editor to write rules. The benefit of doing this is that you can use Wildcard Modifier functions within your binding expressions.
 
When using Advanced Mode, the syntax is the same as when writing conditional statements, without any of the IF/THEN/ELSE operators.

Exit Advanced Mode

If you decide not use the Advanced Mode of the syntax editor, simply click the Standard Mode button to return to the standard rule editor window
