Custom Page
Custom Pages are used to create custom static pages. You can include your own content and create your own layouts or select to embed any of your forms. Custom Pages can also include the Embedded Page Widget which provides some interesting possibilities.
Creating a Custom Page
Right-click on any page in the Workflow Outline. Custom Pages can be inserted at any level of the hierarchy.
- Enter a name for the new Page

From the Custom Page Type Menu select if you want to use Custom Page Content to create your own custom layout, or select Embedded Form to embed a form on the page.
Using an Embedded Form on a Custom Page
When embedding a form on a custom page the following settings are available in the Custom Page Options Wizard as part of the setup process. You can re-open this wizard to edit these settings by expanding the General Settings Property Panel and clicking the Custom Page Settings Icon.

If your Workflow is secured, you can pass any of the currentUser wildcards into the form to pre-populate it. |

Define any static values that you want to pass into the form to pre-populate the form fields. |
Using Custom Page Content
When using custom content on your Custom Page, you can edit the layout using the Rich Text Editor. To access this property and edit the Custom Page settings expand the General Settings Property Panel and click the Custom Page Settings Icon.
Your Custom Page can include Workflow Widgets and Workflow Links that can be inserted by the corresponding links in the editor toolbar.
