Managing Inventory Controls

This topic covers editing, deleting and resetting inventory controls. To add and configure an inventory control, see the Inventory Controls topic.

You can access the Inventory Control Manager by choosing Settings > Extensions > Inventory Control from the Form Designer Toolbar.

New

Click New to add a new inventory control.

Edit

To modify an existing inventory control, select it in the listing and click  Edit. You can also double-click the item in the listing.

Delete

To delete an inventory control, select it in the listing and click  Delete. Click Yes to confirm your choice or No to retain the control.

Reset

To reset the Available inventory to again be equal to the Total inventory, click the "Reset" link at the far right of the row containing the name of the inventory control. You might do this, for example, when you replenish the inventory to correspond with the repeat of an identical or similar event.

Remove & Disable All

Click Remove & Disable All if you want to remove this functionality from your form. Click Yes to confirm your choice or No to return to the Inventory Control Manager window.

Save

Click to save the set of inventory controls as-is and return to the Form Designer

Cancel

Click Cancel to return to the Form Designer without committing any inventory control changes.
