Fetch and Visualize Logiforms Data in Power BI

Preparation:

• Power BI Desktop App

• Form ID (the ID of the form you want to retrieve data from)
  

• GET Endpoint with your Form ID integrated:
  https://forms.logiforms.com/api/1.0/form/{form_id}/data

Steps to Connect Power BI to Logiforms REST API:

1. Open Power BI Desktop.
   

2. Click Get Data → Web.
   
   
   

3. Paste the GET Endpoint into the URL field > Click Ok

4. Enter your credentials and click Connect:

   • Username: apiKey

   • Password: Your Logiforms API Key

   • Dropdown: Select the appropriate GET Endpoint.

     
     
     

5. Once connected, load your form data and start visualizing it in Power BI.
