Including Your Logo in an Email Response

Using our Rich Text Editor, you can design professional emails by customizing the colors and fonts. Including your company logo in an email is another great way to reinforce your brand and identity. And adding your logo couldn't be easier!

In the Notification Email Editor or AutoResponder Email Editor, simply click the 'image' icon in the toolbar:

Click the Browse Server button, and then choose either the 'Form Media' folder (for media specific to the current form) or 'My Shared Media' folder (for media that can be accessed and used on all forms) and upload your logo or use an existing image.

When uploading your logo, we recommend that you use the 'My Shared Media' folder, since that will make your logo available to all your other forms:

Once you've finished, save your changes and your email responses will be customized with your company logo.
