Multi-Page Form Progress Indicator
On a multi-page form, you can insert a progress indicator to help the user see the path to completion and show them what page they are currently on.
To access the Progress Indicator property, first locate the Form Navigation Settings property panel. It is the first property listed. Choose one of the indicators from the dropdown list. Below you'll see that all of these progress indicator types share a number of common properties.

Progress Indicator Theme | From the drop-down, choose the color theme you want to apply. |
Progress Indicator Base | Enter the text that will best describe increments your users will encounter as they navigate the form. "STEP" is given as the default, but you could choose "Page" or "Part". |
